wonderful, relaxing stay, make sure to request a room with open view

I requested a room with open view, and I have the Manila Peninsula for my view. Cleanliness , room amenitiies and staff attitude are comparable to 5 star accomodations. The bed is comfortable and room with black out curtains which is very important to me. Location is superb just beside Manila Peninsula, breakfast is alright, car park is available

it is a residential building , a bit old and one has to go to the basement to check in. I was disappointed at first but this didn't matter at the end because of the positive attributes of the residence.

Great four star hotel with five star service.

The staff and security are very, very courteous and polite. The place is pretty secure and quiet. The location is very nice too, since it’s really close to shopping malls and restaurants.

Great for a couple's staycation

All hotel staff were nice and very helpful. The location was also convenient. It was close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, and malls but still in a considerably quiet spot ideal for relaxing. The breakfast is also great and the room is large compared to other hotels that offer the same price. Also, kudos to the management for taking care of the stray cats in their area!

You had to use the stairs to access the lobby and the actual hotel. It would be better if the elevators can also access the floor of the resto since it is harder for the elderly and PWD to use the stairs. There were also no other amenities. This hotel is great for a relaxing staycation but I also suggest having new/additional pillows that are softer.

Convenient and easy for a short stay

Location was great, easy to find and convenient with quite a bit of food options available nearby. Rather clean and comfy, good for a short stay. Loved that it came with huge water bottle for guests to refill own bottles in the room instead of providing mineral bottles (good sustainability effort).

Old hotel where the furniture and fixtures have aged, room is a bit dark and dingy with low ceilings. There was construction going on and it can be rather noisy as I stayed on the first floor.

Good

It is centrally located in the center of the Makati Business District, and in front of the Makati Triangle, which is one of the last few spaces of green left in the city. It is a quiet area though you can still hear traffic from the room. It is run by warm and friendly hotel staff and guards who are very polite and helpful. It is a one or two-night business hotel, a sleep and go.

The breakfast is not bad, and not good either served in a Swiss pub-looking restaurant. It has coffee, juice, and water, and some fruits and bread - only butter, no jam to make it better. You only have two options of Filipino breakfast. The apartment slash hotel is an old building, so as its facilities. Check in is at the basement driveway, with banks and offices and 7/11 in the building. I saw cockroaches. Restaurants are few mins drive or walking distance away. There are no easy to go to restos, except one across.

Wonderful

It was cozy. It felt like home. Enough space for everybody. They also gave us a bottle of wine to welcome us. Such a sweet gesture to celebrate our anniversary.

Bathroom is clean but needs to be updated.

Very strategic location near Ayala Triangle

Very strategic location near Ayala Triangle. Close to malls, parks, restaurants. The bed felt cozy. I was able to sleep well as the AC worked perfectly. Staff were also very accommodating.

Checking in was quite a long wait since many people booked the hotel for the Miting de Avance of Leni-Kiko. I wish there were more chairs/couches in the lobby so that people waiting to be checked in could be seated. I guess breakfast selection is too limited. They served plated breakfast but I feel like with the price per night, they could have offered buffet breakfast. Perhaps because of the logistical concern since many people are staying in the hotel, offering buffet breakfast could be challenging? I also did not like the quality of the body wash in the soap dispenser. I felt like it cheapened the experience. They could have offered a higher quality body wash.
